Founder and Baker
Simran Sekhri
What began as a college-side hustle — slinging phirni, brownies, and the occasional korma from her home kitchen — slowly simmered into something far more delicious. Back then, she was a Fashion Design student with one hand on a sketchbook and the other on a whisk.
In 2019, that quirky experiment took shape (and got a name) as OLIF — short for Oh Look It's Food! A cloud bakery rooted in nostalgia, flavour, and curiosity. The menu evolved, but the philosophy stayed the same: bold, honest desserts, sweets and breads, made with real, local ingredients.
Diagnosed with PCOS as a teen, her journey with food became personal. She began reimagining food — not just to be lighter, but to be more inclusive, multi-dimensional, and feel-good. That’s how our conscious baking collection was born in 2022: think millets, nut butters, gluten-free flours, and slow sweeteners that love you back.
Today, OLIF is proud to offer both classic bakes (hello, butter and flour!) and revamped, better-for-you treats — all baked in small batches, with big love.

We believe that sourcing locally can deliver globally inspired results — and our kitchen is a celebration of that.
At OLIF, we use ethically sourced, single-origin couverture chocolate, locally milled organic millet flours, and Indian-grown vanilla — ingredients that are both premium and purposeful. Every vendor we work with, shares our commitment to quality and sustainability. Some brands, we source from, are Nidz Chocolates, Carra Chocolates, Natureland, Zaya Dry Fruits, Organic Tattva, Conscious Foods, Jivo.
